Chuck, my finance manager, had all of my paperwork in order and was able to clearly explain the various options offered. The paperwork was painless and handled quickly. The tutorial of the car with Christian was a lot to try and take in, but it was thorough and with additional help available as necessary, I was satisfied with my basic understanding of the car when I drove it off the lot. I live in Atlanta, so I dealt with internet manager Carl Carpenter exclusively through emails, texts and phone calls. I've bought many cars in my lifetime, and let me tell you, Carl was the best sales person I've had the pleasure in dealing with ever. He was extremely busy with the Christmas sales event, but he made you feel like you're his only customer. He was prompt in calling and texting me. Even on his day off, he was still communicating with me. After payment, he went out of his way to help me handle the surprise for my mom and arranged the loaner bow for the car. He was great to deal with in every turn. Carl is a total asset to Wilde Lexus. If all the sales person were like him, people would be buying cars left and right. I wish I can give him 10 stars.
