In our dealings with Brad, we found him to be personable, affable, friendly, and very patient. His knowledge about Lexus was shown to be quite extensive and he seemed to be very experienced. In all of our dealings with Brad we felt that he was easy to work with, laid-back, and we did not feel pressured at any time. Brad and the beautiful Lexus RC Red Sport Coupe were the reasons that resulted in our purchase. He made the experience quite pleasant. We can see why he has many repeat customers. The friendliness that we found with Brad appears pervasive among the many employees that we have had contact with at Wilde. This is quite unusual and is also very comforting.
