The emplolyees on the service drive were rude. Service drive employees were too busy chatting with each other to assist me when I pulled up. One of them finally broke away from the conversation group to ask me what I wanted. I didn't have an appointment and was told that I needed to make one and that they were very busy. That was it. No suggestion of how to make an appointment or to whom I might talk to about making an appointment. I later sent an email to the contact location on their website. I never heard from anyone at Wilde. It appears that poor service extends to other departments at this business. More

We were camping at Myakka state park and not really expecting to buy a vehicle that weekend but just stopped to test drive on Friday. By Saturday,Greg had a wonderful vehicle for us and ready to drive off the lot and that we did. He was wonderful. I think I put more pressure on him than he put on us(which was none)! We are now proud owners of a Lexus rx 400h and love it. Good recommendations for all of you will be coming from our mouths :) More

Great service by Grant Gaugler In September 2016 I received a call at my Montana home rom Grant gouger at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota Florida advising me that the lease on my 2013 ES350 In September 2016 I received a call at my Montana home rom Grant gouger at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota Florida advising me that the lease on my 2013 ES350 was about to expire. Because I was not scheduled to return to Sarasota until October Grant provided me with the information necessary to have my lease extended for 6 months. Upon my return to Sarasota I met with Grant in January 2017 and discussed with him my intent to just buying out the car because the 2013 ES 350 had been driven only about 7,500 miles and it was really still a new car. After some further thought and at the time I met with Grant I had decid to give the 2013 to my son, so I asked Grant about a newer Lexus and how we could make a deal on one. He then proceeded to discuss with me the options I had for getting a new car. He thoroughly explained what he thought were my needs and the best option for me, which was to lease a new car for 3 years because of the low mileage I drive a car, and because I change cars about every 3 years. His explanation and analysis of the financial aspects of leasing the car was excellent and to the point, for me, and subsequently I decided to follow his advice, so I leased a 2017 ES 2017. In the interim I visited some other dealers and looked and drove their cars. My choice came down to a Mercedes of the Lexus. But because Grant was so knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating to my needs I decided to go with Lexus. In other words, Grant is the reason I got the new Lexus. And he used absolutely no pressure on me as had been done in the past. Had he tried to pressure me I just would d have walked out. This is the 4th or 5th Lexus I have bought or leased from Wilde Lexus and Grant is by far the best salesman I have encountered. He is knowledgeable, accommodating and respectful of what I want and has followed up a couple of time to ensure everything with the car was OK. And I know that if I need anything or if something goes wrong I can count on him to help me solve the problem. It's a very good feeling to have someone like Grant by your side when you need help. In my opinion Grant is a distinct asset to Wilde Lexus. I have recommended him to some of my friends who are car shopping so they know he will take care of them and get them what they need and want. And when my lease expires I will be visiting Grant to to the latest Lexus ES version because, as I said earlier, he is the most knowledgeable and attentive salesman I have encountered. After careful review of the 2017 model, I decided to engage the process to acquire one. During my search, I first visited a dealership in Tampa and unfortunately they were not able to meet my expectation. After this experience, I decided to reach out to Wilde Lexus of Sarasota where I got a hold of Matt Huckstadt electronically. During our exchange of e-mails alone, I was able to ascertain that this associate was really committed to ensuring my experience was a favorable one. His responsiveness was very refreshing. Upon meeting Matt in person, he was able to put me at ease in an expedited fashion as there was no pressure to close a sale but to ensure there was enough factual information to make an informed decision. Matt really demonstrated that he had not only his employer’s interest at hand but also that of the customer. In essence, Matt displayed that in order to give great customer service you have to become the customer. He truly gets the fact that he is in the service business and not the automobile business.
