It’s tough to say what I enjoy more: working with him or riding off with a new car. He is an honest man of integrity. He guides you easily through the complexities and morass of the car-buying or leasing process. He can effectively distill the intricacies and lingo of the process in a way that is accessible to the lay person. He takes the time to get to know you, your needs, and what you want from a car, and then he presents you with different options, while laying out the pros and cons of each. There are never any pushy sales tactics from him! What differentiates him most from other sales representatives I have used in the past is that it is clear to me that my pre-purchase and post-purchase experience and satisfaction are of a higher priority to him than is the commission he makes. This is because he has been in the business, and at this dealership, for a long time, and he knows that building those lifetime relationships is much better than just trying to make a quick sale. I have never once experienced buyer remorse when working with him. When I make my purchase, thanks to him, I have a high confidence level that my choice best fits my unique, individual circumstances. My First Lexus Our family has purchased many cars from Lexus over the years, but this was my first Lexus. After driving German cars for so long I was hesitant, but Wilde made it easy for me to make the switch as we customized an RX350 Sport to my liking. I was offered to look at many, but this one caught my eye and after a few customizations it is mine. The sales process was pressure free with Tom and he made sure all my questions were answered. Finance was pretty quick and took the time to explain where needed. We are getting one more Lexus from Tom & Wilde next week, an RC300. More
