The salesman who facilitated our purchase was John Webb. John greeted us upon arrival and listened while we described the type of vehicle we were interested in. We had utilized the web site to identify potential vehicles and John efficiently provided pertinent information and showed us the available inventory. He also accompanied us on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and responded to all of our questions. He did not exercise any pressure (as many car salesmen are known to do) and engaged us with both his gentle manner and professional demeanor. We actually were only looking at vehicles when we visited the dealership, but concluded our visit having purchased an SUV. John was instrumental in guiding us through the process, negotiating the deal and efficiently concluding the process. We also interacted with Chuck Johnson and David Brawner in their respective roles and found them to be equally pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. I then decided to lease a new IS 200T. I went to the local dealer and of course they played games from the beginning. The approached me with a $630 payment, I walked out! They went down a little per month, but they said that's all they would do. I had looked a few very well priced Certified cars at Wilde, so I decided to call them. I told Kurt what I was offered in Nola and told him what I wanted. He said give me 30 minutes to check the inventory and speak with the sales manager. He called back in 15 minutes, he said we have a deal. They gave me what I asked for and way way more!! The best price on the exact car I wanted and even flew my wife and I to Florida! They had the papers and car ready when we arrived, 20 minutes later I was finished. Super amazing, everything, the people are very friendly, the process was easy. Just wow! More
