Greg Dowdy was soon to be our new best friend. My husband's request for a "good" Lexus RX350 could be seen if we would like to visit the dealership. Upon arrival Greg made sure that he knew exactly what we were looking for in the price range that we had. He spent several hours showing us around the grounds checking out a number of possibilities. Went back a few days later with some follow up questions and to get an estimate of a trade in value for my car. By the end of the week, I was driving home in my new Lexus! This was the friendliest, most laid back and easy going dealership that I experienced during this purchasing process. Patrick Chartrand (Internet Sales Mgr) was my contact. Patrick answered all of my questions within minutes of me asking by email and text. He sent photos, checked on specific details on the SUV and gave me an honest evaluation of the condition of the SUV to ensure that I knew what I would see when I came to the dealership to test drive. Patrick even did a rush-job on cleaning up the SUV (just came in on trade) so that we could see it the next day (Sunday). We settled on a fair price within minutes ... no drama! The paper work was quick and easy. And lastly, Patrick offered to have the SUV delivered to our home a couple of days later so that a full-detail could be done.
