BUT I needed to stay within my budget, at which point they went on the hunt FOR me. A few days later, in my inbox is a message from Mr. Dowdy, with photos of what would be the perfect choice for our new purchase a 2014 KIA SOUL. Robert and Greg put all of the papers in motion well before I arrived... so when I did arrive, I might have spent 20 minutes from hello, to THANK YOU GUYS! quick and painless, tags were on it and the car was spotless, and Greg Dowdy had to explain a number of features I had not known were on the vehicle. He immediately diffused any trepidation by asking me, "How can I help?" and not the typical "Let me show you...". After a few minuets of discussion we went immediately to the vehicles that were available, where Mr. Dowdy was well versed in all of the different Lexus options and products. After finding what I was looking for, the subsequent steps in the purchase were explained in detail, including finance, delivery, maintenance, and the role or Wilde Lexus in the lifespan of the vehicle. Service dept. at Wilde Lexus is fantastic and my service person Jason Peters is terrific and has been there for me with all 3 of my Lexus vehicles.
