The red bow on the car was almost better than the gift of the car, an NX200T F Sport which is a very nice SUV. The surprise was overwhelming to the recipient and a complete surprise thanks to the unending cooperation of the folks at Wilde Lexus. The vehicle was delivered on time, perfectly detailed and waxed as well as being the exact model described and had not been seen. All was done with trust and that trust was upheld throughout the entire structure of the deal. We intend on getting our future cars from Wilde Lexus and will always recommend them to friends. More

My wife and I purchased a used 2009 Honda Civic from the dealership on 09/12/2015. Mr. Steve Heiniger was our sales associate and was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process. This was not a typical used car experience. We found the car searching on the internet and scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. The car was ready when we arrived and and there were absolutely no surprises. The car was as represented in the internet advertisement (even better) and the price was exactly as stated. From the time we arrived until the time we left we felt very comfortable with absolutely no pressure (typical at some dealerships). To add to the excellent experience we had, the battery on the car was found to be no good a few days after the purchase. As stated, this was a used car purchase, and there are no warranties on batteries but I contacted Mr. Heiniger and submitted my receipt for the battery replacement and he had it approved from management to reimburse us for the replacement of the battery. WOW, that's service above and beyond. I can certainly see why this dealership maintains a five star rating. When we are ready to purchase another car, we will DEFINITELY search the inventory at Wilde Lexus of Sarasota. Thanks again to everyone at Wilde for a great car buying experience.
