Hard to believe that I just purchased my third vehicle from the same salesman, Todd Brown!! He works at Wilde Lexus & according to their record/goal charts, he is one of their best salesmen..I am not surp from the same salesman, Todd Brown!! Todd explained the ratings & differences & how my newly purchased vehicle compared to others..I was quite proud & satisfied to learn where my vehicle was rated in comparison to others in it's catagory. It was also reassuring to me that Todd, feeling confident with a 'repeat customer', still used every bit of information available to assure me that I was making the best choice of the right vehicle for my needs & lifestyle. I'm not sure if it is the depressed economy, but the purchase price was so reasonable, I thought they made a mistake...but,thankfully, it was the correct price!!! My monthly payments are now $50.00 lower per month than my trade-in was!!! Todd had told me that the car I had purchased last year would hold it's value,,Once again, he was right!! We had a great sales experience with Gred Dowdy with finding our RX350 that we purchased recently at your dealership. We were at the dealership last Saturday, and could not find what we wanted, but Gr finding our RX350 that we purchased recently at your dealership. A week went by and Gred called us and said that the car that we were looking for just came in and we should come down and look at it. When we went to look at the car it was exactly as he described it to be and what we were looking for. Long story short, we took it for a test drive and purchased it the following week-end. We feel that Greg went out of his way to fulfill our wishes and did a great job stay after normal work hours to show us how this car performs with all it's extra features and attributes. Found the car we were looking for via an online search and it happened to be at Wilde Lexus in Sarasota. My wife and I took a ride there to check out the car. He showed us the car we were interested in and went to work for us, in order to make my wife's dream car a reality. A few days later we went back to close the deal and pick up the vehicle. Once again, we felt like we were in the company of friends. Boris had everything ready, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, and worked thru all the steps necessary to close the deal with a very cheerful and friendly attitude. I know that when my personal vehicle is ready to be replaced, I will visit Wilde and Boris. Additionally, we found Robert the finance manager to be very helpful and got us through the paperwork quickly and explained everything to us as we went through that process.
