I came back in and we talked numbers at the time the offer they gave me was not in my price range, but Chez did not give up on me! He called me back about two weeks later that he had a car come in with exactly what I wanted in it, we worked out a deal that we were both comfortable with and I could not have asked for a better experience! I could tell they were off to a busy start themselves but I expressed my "emergency". A service technician (Keith) was at my home just after 8:00am and had the battery replaced in no time!
