My husband bought an SUV in 2001 which I was driving. following his death 2004,until May 17, 2011. When I showed interest in replacing the SUV I was introduced to Harry Fendt who spent several hours with me while we discussed and looked at various models of both SUVs and Ssedans. He understood my hesitancy in switching from an SUV to a Sedan. Harry displayed such patience in the process. The day of decision to purchase the ES350 He addressed & took care of my Geico Insurance notification, arranged to pay for a 2-yr. renewal of my license which was due and poroivided a complete explanation of the workings of the 2010 ES 350.
