From the day I contacted her expressing interest in the Subaru Forester that I purchased to the day of (and even days afterward), she was extremely attentive and quick to respond. The customer service that I experienced was partially what led me to make the 3.5 hour drive rather than to buy a vehicle closer to me. Other dealerships that I contacted were not so responsive or helpful. Likewise, it was a really good deal on a quality car! I didn't need a brand new car or anything fancy, and that's not what I was looking for, but that's what I ended up with for much less! Despite that it is a used, 8-year-old vehicle, it was clearly very well cared for, and by taking a look at all its sweet features and condition, you might think it was new! All-in-all, I got a great car for a great price, without the headache you expect when buying a car. More

It was a good night so we dressed for the weather which for myself included a motorcycle riding leather the staff treated us like we "didn't belong there". They made no attempt to negotiate any deal at all. The manager stated that they do not yet have one price shopping but refused to even try and work with us. The difference was only 30.00 dollars a payment. We tried to haggle some but he would not hear it, not even one counter price. Looked up some other pricing while there and stated that the price did not include tax/title (which none do) and he stated well just write a check for that and we can do the deal. It felt like the scene from Pretty women. Taking my business else where, maybe BMW or a Lincoln, or Audi, somewhere where they treat you as a person.
