I made a 20k maintenance appointment for my vehicle. It started on time and finished in about an hour and half. Rob was my service manager. Rob was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. I would come back to Rob for my vehicle.services.
Unlike my previous service experience at the same dealership, one of the service managers was rude and unprofessional. I was on time for my vehicle service appointment. I waited for 15 minutes and asked him about my appointment. That service manager told me that “ I WILL GET TO YOU WHEN I GET TO YOU” then walked away. I understood he was probably busy, but I had an appointment. I wonder if this is the way to treat his customers. No explanations, no apologies whatsoever from that service manager. I was very disappointed in that service manager who took my appointment. Because of the incident, I will always REFUSE having my vehicle services from his team.
