I had a recall on a fuel pump on my two year old ES and they said it would take 5 hours for repairs. I made a 7:00am. Appointment so I would get home early before rush hour traffic. But to my surprise it they said it would take 5 hours for repairs. I made a 7:00am. Appointment so I would get home early before rush hour traffic. But to my surprise it was complete in under three hours with a car wash also. The waiting room clean and plenty of snacks and coffee machines as several televisions and comfortable chairs to make time fly by in comfort. More
