My RX was in for a fuel pump replacement. Upon picking up my car, I found that the baby seat installed in the back was disconnected - without my knowledge. This posed a serious safety problem as I expecte up my car, I found that the baby seat installed in the back was disconnected - without my knowledge. This posed a serious safety problem as I expected to use the seat for my grandson after picking up the car. I was later told that the rear seat had to be removed to replace the fuel pump. Had I been told of this when making the appointment or bringing in the car, I would have scheduled the maintenance differently. It was a big problem requiring to make a significant change in my evening plans until my son could come out a reinstall the baby seat. More

My wife & I had been searching for our dream Lexus NX for the past 3 months - having issues with sparse inventory & price point. Lovely clean facility. Could have been a 5 star rating had they been more attentive when we first arrived. Waited awkwardly for few minutes before someone approached us.
