ZERO Professionalism!! My husband and I had scheduled to test drive a car at this dealership but when we went, we were highly disappointed. Why? You can't test drive a car My husband and I had scheduled to test drive a car at this dealership but when we went, we were highly disappointed. Why? You can't test drive a car that has TWO flat tires!! We didn't just 'show up', we were sent an email (by Aladdin) asking to confirm that we were going to show up to test drive the car. I wouldn't have been as upset if we didn't drive all the way from Long Island to Brooklyn. When we asked Abe, the salesman who was "helping" us, why did we confirm on test driving a car when it's not available to be test driven, his response was "how do you expect to drive a car with two flat tires?'. REALLY?!? We told him that we had an appointment and if there was anyone who could put some air in the tires, he told us that 'no one works on Saturday, you will have to come back'. I should have realized that this dealership wasn't professional when the receptionist was sitting on the desk on her cell phone. I'll definitely be taking my business else where. *UPDATE* I did take my business else where ... Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove. I'm happy to say that I purchased my Lexus RX 350 with a top notch salesman who was very personable and professional. *THANK YOU KEVIN LOSEE for your overall excellent service!!!!* More

Terrible To be honest I don't write many reviews but visiting this dealership prompted me to feel the need. My wife and I were considering trading in our curre To be honest I don't write many reviews but visiting this dealership prompted me to feel the need. My wife and I were considering trading in our current Lexus and getting a new vehicle. As I work late and noticed they are open until 8 we agreed to meet there. She arrived at 6 an hour before me and sat in the guest lounge. I arrived at about 7 and we went to look at the cars. Not once in the approximately 20 minutes we were there nor the hour she was with my children waiting did anyone engage her in conversation. Working in a sales environment I understand the balance of engagement and comfort to browse but not one person and besides one other couple it was empty. Surprising that people chose to do business or are able to. I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to visit Lexus of route 10 in new Jersey who is amazing time and time again as I will be doing from now on. Its ashame they force you to give stars. More
