Overall bad. The sales person who had me sign papers didn’t explain any of the sheets without me asking “what is this”, he also incorrectly explained the features The sales person who had me sign papers didn’t explain any of the sheets without me asking “what is this”, he also incorrectly explained the features of the GX I bought (said it didn’t have a touchscreen and that the captain chairs don’t fold flat). Lastly, it took them two weeks after I bought the GX to refund the $1k payment I put down to hold the vehicle, when they said it would take a day or two. There was no premier Lexus experience there should have been. More
