I bought a used RX350 from them and they promised that they would fix issues identified before delivery and when I went to pick car up I was told everything was done. To my surprise I took it to a local lexus dealership and they found out nothing was fixed and in fact found additional issues. I emailed theme to notify of the issues in details and asked for refund on vehicle since I no longer trusted the vehicle with all issues found however I was completely ignored. Besides their lies they have very bad customer service/ follow up. More

He was patient with us on 2 test drives and when it came to working out lease numbers, he gave us great aggressive quotes and wasn't pushy at all. All the staff we dealt with, from the managers (Angelo and Aladdin) to the finance manager ( David Smith) were all polite and professional. We will definitely be going back to Bay Ridge Lexus, and we strongly recommend Yuri and the dealership for anyone looking to get a Lexus. More
