Although my vehicle is now 5yrs old with 29k and demonstrates below avg to normal wear and tear, Jason continues to treat all visits with the same level of urgency...and that to me, is priceless! He's very attentive, provides details on what the possible issue/care being performed, honest and has even gone to mgmt without my direction on one visit, to see if he could have the deal of the week for last week honored, for the current maintenance being performed. That demonstrates character & loyalty that I continue to appreciate, even greater than the experience of the purchase.
