I have been going to Bay Ridge Lexus for service for years. I purchased an IS 250 in 2006 and brought it to a local mechanic who screwed up my brakes pretty bad. Since then I have been bringing my car s years. I purchased an IS 250 in 2006 and brought it to a local mechanic who screwed up my brakes pretty bad. Since then I have been bringing my car strictly to Lexus. Although they are more expensive than the local mechanic I can trust that they will do a good job with my car. Thank god I never had any major issues with the car but whatever I had done was done well and in a timely manner. My service consultant, Alex Munoz, is very friendly and professional and always goes out of his way to make sure that I understand what needs to be done and why and what the costs will be. I trust that he would not try to rip me off by claiming my car needs work when it doesn't. Whenever I call with an issue, for example I had a nail in my tire a few weeks ago, Alex is always quick to return phone calls and lets me bring the car in right away. Alex is always courteous and goes out of his way to make sure my car is taken care of, whether I'm there for a big job or something trivial like an inspection, he always makes me feel like me and my car are important. I will continue to bring my car there as long as I own a Lexus. More

I have been leasing cars for more than 10 years - from Acura to Infiniti to Lexus. By far, this dealership is the most friendly and welcoming I have ever encountered. Alex was my sales & leasing consultant. He was attentive, friendly and answered all questions my wife and I asked.....We signed on the spot. Upon coming to this Lexus Dealership we've found a car on their website. When we showed up we were greeted, right away, by Harry who showed us the car that we were interested in, actually there were few opti their website. He took us for a test drive, and a pretty far one, comparing with other dealerships that we dealt in the past. And the car we drove - that's the one we fell in love with. We got a 2012 year car with very low mileage (when there were 2013 (new) ones), and after the clean up that they did - it was a brand new car, really! Harry was very polite, very informative about each car, had reasonable bargaining skills, and every time we had to wait a bit for this or that approval he would always make sure to check up on us. We would recommend him as a car salesman. We had to finish up some extra accessories installment few days later, and service was great! Not like other dealerships that forget every promise they made once you've paid and went out the door. The Bay Ridge Lexus lounge is very nice, has food, TV and lots of sunshine - it is nice to spend time in. More

STAY AWAY!!! Even if my car where to be broken INSIDE the Bay Ridge dealer, I would of have it tow somewhere else. The mechanics (yes, 3 of them!) told me not to worry about it, there's nothing wrong, and let me go. 1 weeks later, my car almost broke down on the high way because of the brake shoe coming off. Now they're disputing that I (yes! me!) declined the repairs. Lexus Corporate Office also brush me off and give me the runaround saying that I have to deal with the jokers in this dealer instead. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE! More

MY NAME IS RAFAEL RIVERA; IWENT TO BAY RIDGE LEXUS TO SEE A 2003 BMW ADVERTISED ON LINE WITH TO BE HONEST, NOT A FEW APPREHENSIONS. I WENT EXPECTING TO BE DISSAPOINTED;( THE CAR WOULD NOT BE THERE, IF IT'S T A 2003 BMW ADVERTISED ON LINE WITH TO BE HONEST, NOT A FEW APPREHENSIONS. I WENT EXPECTING TO BE DISSAPOINTED;( THE CAR WOULD NOT BE THERE, IF IT'S THERE WOULD NOT BE IN THE SAME CONDITIONAS POSTED, THEY WOULD CLAIM THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON THE PRICE, ETC.) TO MY SURPRISE THE CAR WAS ACTUALLY THERE, WAS EXACTLY AS LISTED AND THE PRICE WAS THE SAME. I WAS STARTING TO FEEL MORE OPTIMISTIC AND WENT INSIDE THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY PUT ME IN THE HANDS OF ONE OF THEIR SALESMEN. AS WE STARTED WALKING BACK TO WHERE THE CAR WAS, MY SKEPTICISM STARTED TO WANTING TO CREEP BACK IN AGAIN, BUT IT NEVER DID, THANKS TO THE WONDERFUL PERSONALITY AND FRIENDLY DEMEANOR OF MR. PALMIERI. I FELT I WAS DEALING WITH AN HONEST, SINCERE PERSON. HE MENTIONED THAT THERE WAS AN EXTRA FEE THAT WAS CUSTOMARY AND EVEN THOUGH I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST A SUBTERFUGE TO JACK THE PRICE UP, MR PALMIERI WAS VERY PATIENT AND CORDIAL DURING THE NEGOTIATIONS. NEVER SEEMED ANNOYED OR PUSHY. THE PURCHASING EXPERIENCE WAS A LOT MORE PLEASANT THAN ANTICIPATED THANKS IN IN A BIG PART ON THE PROFESSIONALISM AND LIKABLE DEMEANOR OF MR. PALMIERI.
