Don't waste your time with this guy, he tried to add a $1500 Processing fee for ALL Used Cars. THEN ADD IT TO ALL YOUR USED CAR PRICES! I Drove 1hr 45min, the Escalade was not in good condition, I was goi $1500 Processing fee for ALL Used Cars. THEN ADD IT TO ALL YOUR USED CAR PRICES! I Drove 1hr 45min, the Escalade was not in good condition, I was going to buy it anyway because the drive train seemed to be good, and I can touch it up details myself. He removed the $1500, (which I've read on these reviews that other people didn't have to pay), checked with Finance, they gave the OKAY! We closed the deal. Then as I fill out the credit check to see if they can give me a better rate then my bank, he comes back and says he cant remove the $1500, and adds it back on. Then when I call him out on it, he starts talking in circles, cant put a sentence together. I don't play games, so I got up and left. I was ready to pay FULL PRICE!, what kind of a BAD salesman can BLOW a DONE DEAL!?! Don't waste your time with these guys. Also I called many salesmen the day before and no one called me back to see if the car was on the lot before I drove that far, but that is another tactic they play to get you on the lot. Also, when I said, I wont buy from you and I will just pay for it on the website, he said, "you can't do that, it wont work online, you need a salesman". Also, No Parking anywhere, had to park on the sidewalk. I was intrested in their Toyota 4 runner When I called about it They were rude I got Bobby as a sales man he seemed very pushy At 1 point I missed his call and he left a voicemail saying something like Br about it They were rude I got Bobby as a sales man he seemed very pushy At 1 point I missed his call and he left a voicemail saying something like Brian you gotta pick up the phone when I call you 🤨 He also is rude to me He was helpful a little bit Because I was intrested in the 4runner. But it was modified so I had some questions about it I also live about 5 hours away so I asked him to take a couple of pictures Of the modifications which he did But then I asked him for another simple picture Of something under their car He said he would do it and this was the morning when I talk to him ....he never got back to me I texted him In the middle Of the day asking him If he could take the photo He said he was busy with customers .... I was your customer!!!!!!! When I called him at the end of the day Almost 5 o'clock he instantly said Brian I'm busy with customers I'll get back to you never did 2 days later I called them complaining that he never got back to me To another salesman I did not get the name of the guy he said he was getting get back to me he never did I've been looking for a certain Toyota 4runner for a week now I've called many dealerships In different States cause I'm looking for a certain one all the dealerships were extremely polite and helpful!! this dealership Bad customer service And as I can see someone wrote a review about Bobby Being rude!! as well The customer service is not good there I've never written a review in my life about a place But this place and their customer service was so terrible made me so mad That I went out of my way to do this and I'm going to report it on Yelp to Ridiculous it's been almost a week now I'm done they lost the sales on a vehicle bad salesmanship More
