I had a very positive experience having my Lexus RX350 serviced on Monday 8/28. Seth greeted me at the service lane and explained the routine service and available options. This was the first service for our new UX250H at Lexus of Clearwater. We had a stone hit the driver’s door and are having some key fob seat memory issues. We dropped the car off and left it there with no requirements for it’s return other than those issues be resolved. When we picked up the car the paint chip was covered, but it looked like someone just put nail polish over the chip and you can still see the difference in thickness where the chip is. The setting of the memory seats to each key fob was also not done. Going to Lexus of Clearwater ended up being a total waste of time because they didn’t do half of what I asked, and the other half was done incompetently. It was also my understanding that Lexus vacuumed and washed the car whenever you bring it in and that was also not done. Lexus of Tampa is a longer drive but looks like we will have to make it based on this visit to Lexus of Clearwater. More

My husband is handicapped and when we had a flat tire Clearwater Lexus immediately sent someone to help and got us on the road right away.
