I went to have tires changed - although I had been promised loaner car, there was none. I could not wait as I'm caregiver for disabled husband who needed transportation to his physical therapy. I was then promised a pick-up two days later at 6:30 a.m. Although I waited, no-one showed up. Entire matter was then handled by my wonderful service advisor, who ensured promises were kept. Substitute advisor was terrible, misrepresented what she could/would do, and so did the scheduling person, who assured me I was listed for a car. From now on, I will ensure my advisor is there and will not deal with any one else. I feel I was taken through a week of deception by a place that in the past has always come through. I understand that the dealership has less loaners - if that's the case, they need to plan better and not misrepresent. Although my advisor said they could rent me a car from Enterprise, he could not promise an SUV - which is the only car that my husband can use to get in and out of the car. This experience left me very disappointed. More

In and out with loaner with minimum inconvenience. Pickup just as easy. Feels and drives like new! I've had a few cars but this Lexus has been the best by far.
