I made my service appointment on line. There were many cars ahead of me when I arrived at the Dealership Service Bay, so I got in line. Since I was early, I expected to wait, but until another worker hap cars ahead of me when I arrived at the Dealership Service Bay, so I got in line. Since I was early, I expected to wait, but until another worker happened by, I got no attention. He directed me to the correct lane, and things went smoothly. They had my car's records and gave me an estimate of the time and cost of the routine maintenance they would perform, which seemed quite high, but the car had not been serviced for a year. The comfortable waiting area had free coffee and snacks. They came to get me when the car was ready. I paid by credit card and left within 2 hours, as predicted. They had washed the car and moved it out of the service bay crowded area. I was pleased with the service, it was expensive but competent. More

I had dead battery, when I came the person who comes to you first was very nice, he told me that Michelle is going to be my adviser, I waited for almost 20 min. she walked by never came, I did ask the firs you first was very nice, he told me that Michelle is going to be my adviser, I waited for almost 20 min. she walked by never came, I did ask the first person when someone is going to show up, finally Russell came, he was nice. I had to leave my car, since I had to go to work. Next day I did pick up my car. Michelle is very ignorant person, previous time I gave her bad review. My husband said that Toyota in Pinellas Park have better service, this dealership has lots of work to do to provide better service . I have very mixed feeling if I would recommend them to others More
The dealership is good but the service is not up to par, not as good as it used to be. The new Service reps don't provide the welcome I used to get with previous reps. When I scheduled a service, it wasn't clear if I could get a courtesy/loaner car. I had to cancel and reschedule only when I got the response on the loaner car being available. It's disappointing when I had to pay for my battery replacement cuz it just passed the 4 year warranty time but didn't find the battery failure 6 months before during my last service - there's a history on my battery being replaced yearly due to the hot weather her in Florida. Also, I would have expected that the extended bumper to bumper warranty I paid for $10,000 would cover the battery replacement. When I got my car back, the clock wasn't even set knowing that the battery was replaced. I had to read up on the manual to set the clock. The service rep wasn't even able to meet me when I arrived nor even be present when I picked up my car. I don't even know his name. He just had me sign the forms when I arrived. I don't even recall him introducing himself. More
