I have been a Lexus customer for the last 16 years and, as usual, the customer service was excellent! Eric was my rep for most of those years and was and is fantastic. While the service people were friendly enough, they were not able to diagnose my problem. They don’t even wash the exterior when bringing in for service like the Ford dealership does with my F-150.
