The service on my vehicle was performed as expected. The dealer kept my car overnight. It was picked up with a full tank of gas however, returned the next day with 1/2 tank. This dealership has changed owners 3 times since I purchased my Lexus LS 350. My car was in fir major repair for a week. They did not have a loaner vehicle available nor were they able to provide cou purchased my Lexus LS 350. My car was in fir major repair for a week. After a $3600 repair, my vehicle was returned unwashed with leaves still accumulated under the hood hinges. The “white glove” service I was promised when purchasing the vehicle at this dealership has sll but disappeared. There was a mud spot on the carpet that had been newly replaced & no protective mat over new carpet on the drivers side. I would recommend using another area Lexus Dealership. More
