I had several people assist me in trying to PULL the strap out. Tried the re-set button and manual process. Nothing worked. I read on your website that another lady had the same thing happen with her Lexus. Pulled in, met Phillip with a smile and was taken to the maintenance department. Within 10 minutes the car hatch was fixed and reprogrammed. Thank You Phillip. You did a great repair when I thought everything was damaged. More

Talk about exceeding expectations, my experience with Mike Aloia at Lexus of Clearwater has done that repeatedly. The Lexus cars are so good that usually I only have to get service for routine maintenance. About 2 weeks ago, however, I had a battery failure at home due to not closing the trunk all the way. It was late in the day and I couldn't wait for AAA. I drove my other Lexus to the dealer. Mike Aloia rearranged his busy schedule, quickly came to the house with a charger, drove the car back to Lexus, did a battery check after a full charge, and in no time the LX430 had a new battery. This is only one example of the level of service provided by Mike Aloia! More

Want to give a huge shout out to Service Advisor Mark Niquette. We have a 2006 RX330. Every service since it was new we complained about intermittent problems with the rear hatch. No one seemed to be Niquette. We have a 2006 RX330. Every service since it was new we complained about intermittent problems with the rear hatch. No one seemed to be able to do anything about it. Was a very frustrating disappointment for us. Recently (July 2013), we took the car in for service, with almost 6 years and 31,000 miles on it. Again we complained about the problems with the hatch. The service department told us it was a bad battery in the key fob, replaced the battery and sent us on our way. Needless to say, that didn't fix it. It failed when we tried it at pickup. We left the car with Lexus of Clearwater and after more investigation were told it needed new struts, at a cost to us of $684.00. I explained to Mark how many times we had asked for this to be repaired while the car was under warranty and asked him to go to bat for us. HOMERUN. Lexus agreed to pay for the entire repair. We picked up the car, drove it home, and the next day still had the same problem. Another call to Mark got us a free loaner car delivered to our house. LOC kept the RX for a few more days, did some more repairs, and didn't charge us anything. After we got the car back and have given it a few days of use, we have had no problems with the hatch. I can't say how much we appreciate the effort Mark put out on our behalf. He stuck with us until he solved our problem. Something no one else had done before. THANKS AGAIN, MARK. Well done! More

I came in to the dealer ship with a funny noise in my front end. Mark test drove with me and comfortable with him. I decided to come to Lexus at Clearwater because a friend told me they worked with Shaun in service and he treated her right. It is hard to find that kind of treatment when having car trouble as a woman. He told me they worked with Shaun in service and he treated her right. I ended up at the Lexus dealership due to my previous Lexus needing service for several recall items. I was very displeased with how my situation was handled. So when I returned to pick up my car, afte Lexus needing service for several recall items. I was very displeased with how my situation was handled. So when I returned to pick up my car, after Lexus had the car for 2 weeks, I asked to speak with a Manager. Al Hanson greeted me and we went to his office so I could explain my displeasure with Lexus for the past two years. Since he was fairly new to this location (came in FEB), he was unaware of what the history was with my car. He reviewed the history on the computer so he could relate to what i was telling him and agreed to help me out on (1) of the charges that I was being charged for. In the 2 1/2 years I have had the car, it has had 5 recalls and I explained how uncomfortable I was with this car and had mentioned to the my Service man the last time i was there I would be interested in speaking with a Sales person. Never happened. Well this time Al made it happen.He introduced me to Graham Pearce. I explained that I would like to hear what they had on the lot for newer cars in the same model that I already have, particularly the interior. He did some checking and found a few that we went and looked at. The next 4 hours I was with him, he kept me abreast to what was happening in finding me another car and gathered my information to see what he could do. He never left me sitting there unattended for more than 10-15 minutes. I explained this wasn't my first car buying and I know the ropes of how it is done. Gave him my perimeters and said if you can do it we have a deal. I will not sit here and barter for hours to make it work. It took 2 times to get it right, (working out the options) and I was signing paperwork and out the door to drive away in my new car. Graham even came out to the new car and helped me program my phone to the car since this was a new option. I have received 4 phone calls from Lexus, including 2 from Graham following up on the my car. I would definitely say Lexus stepped up to the plate and handed me the excellent service they strive for and advertise. i look forward to driving me new car for years without any issues or worries.
