Meh. .. just meh.... Bought a car from them around a year ago; the finance manager absolutely lied to me - flat out lied. I've had my car serviced their pe .. just meh.... Bought a car from them around a year ago; the finance manager absolutely lied to me - flat out lied. I've had my car serviced their per the maintenance agreement I purchased and, although my service specialist that is assigned to me is and everyone working within seem very competent and accomodating, it's now the guys actually working on the cars that seem to drop the ball as an additional service I wanted and confirmed was put on the work ticket was simply not done, so I didn't pay for it although I still need it and will go elsewhere for the work. While I was waiting on a ride home from my wife, I started to develop interest in a LC500 which had been sitting in the showroom for some time, talked to the salesperson I had worked with before, who completely blew me off and wasn't interested whatsoever in having a further discussion of any type, so I left without going any further because... why should I? More
I've taken my Lexus to Lexus of Winter Park Florida for years before I moved to the west coast. I found the service department much more friendly there and the lounge was nicer with snacks while you were years before I moved to the west coast.
