Great service representative in Bassem. Thorough, professional, cordial, supremely competent. We drive close to 2 hours for service, but it well worth the trip. And we pass 3 other Lexus dealerships to get to Clearwater. So you can see it's a conscious decision to have the vehicle serviced here. Because they truly do a great job. The only thing I would change is to have a better designer coffee maker in the waiting area, 2 flavours is kind of sparse, and like some other Lexus dealerships, the vibrating massage chairs. That to my mind would be the top Michelin star for achievement, and make waiting, quite delightful. More

Also, I would like to commend your Service Manager, Gerciany DeOliveira. We spoke months ago on a follow up item from our May, 2023 service. She immediately took responsibility, ordered service records and obtained copies of our Owners Manual for our 2019 RX350, which accidentally got misplaced during our May, 2023 service. Although it to took months for the Owners Manuals to arrive, she kept us informed throughout the process and even the books and records Fed Ex to our home. Her efforts went above and beyond and were greatly appreciated. It is actions taken, like from these two service minded employees, that keep us coming back to Lexus as we are now driving our 5th RX SUV since we purchased your first RX300 from the dealership decades ago. I was never told that the tires on the car I purchased at $112,000.00 would need replacement in 15000 miles. In addition the wear is a sign of improper alignment so therefore the service I had done at this d $112,000.00 would need replacement in 15000 miles. In addition the wear is a sign of improper alignment so therefore the service I had done at this dealer they did not check the alignment nor mention the tires were nearing the end of life. Meantime they sell me a tire and rim contract for 84 mos when the tires would not even last that long unless I drove only about 178 miles per month. This dealer is not to be trusted. More
