This would be more fair to another customer who was also interested in both vehicles. We felt very stressed and pressured at that point. But this was not due to Haley...she was extremely professional! The entire team was very nice - loved the picture we took with the bow on the car!! More

Purchased a certified Lexus and the vehicle had discount tires which gave it a poor quality drive. Was told by the sales person and manager that the tires met requirements for the sale of a certified vehic tires which gave it a poor quality drive. Was told by the sales person and manager that the tires met requirements for the sale of a certified vehicle. When I took the car for evaluation at my local Lexus dealer they suggested changing the tires to quality tires specific for Lexus standards. Was informed that tires in a Certified vehicle must be same type of tires found on vehicle coming from factory. These tires are subpar and i caution buyers to make sure not to trust what the salesman say. I will have to see what the corporate office has to say regarding the sale and of a "Certified"vehicle that does not meet Lexus quality standards. I gave the sales team a chance to rectify but, no response. Also, there was no cargo cover and they said that, " that is how this car comes". More
