Exceed Expectation I visited the dealer many times. However, there were 2 instances where services were not one of the best. They had me waited and my daughter for an ex I visited the dealer many times. However, there were 2 instances where services were not one of the best. They had me waited and my daughter for an extended period time without communicating the reason of the delay. As a result, I was unable to honor previous commitment. I demanded to speak with the General Manager in charge. This is when I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Chris Thierry, the General Manager. He came and met with me and other supervisory staff. He was calm, kind, respectful, professional and apologetic. Additionally, he promised to cover free of charge next recommended 90K service and notified him of my arrival in case I give him another opportunity. I was initially so turned off and did not want to go back to the leadership. His kindness, customer satisfaction and determination to bring me back to the leadership touched me. I had my daughter taken my Lexus RX 350 back to the dealer, and informed Mr. Thierrin via e-mail that she was coming. He was waiting for my daughter and took over from there. He did not only provide free of charge the 90K miles service he promised; he had 4 new Good Year tires installed. Honestly, I needed new tires. He truly EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION. He handled the situation with class and his gestures would stay with me for years to come. I am very grateful! More

I decided to go to Lexus of Rockville Centre since they have been servicing my gs400 for years. I walked into sales and was greeted by an angel.. Sales associate Dawn Stripp. She is very pleasant and down to Earth. I felt very comfortable. When it came down to doing business, she got me the best deal on a 2016 is300 f sport awd in the area! Lexus of Queens would of been highway robbery considering the numbers I was quoted for the same model.. When the car was ready for pick up, Dawn went out of her way to pick me up from home in Queens and drive me to the dealership in rush hour traffic! Now that is first class service!!! Dawn helped me. To pair my phone to the car, setting up my lexus enform subscription and going over the features of the car. The buying experience at Lexus of Rockville Centre is first class and Dawn Stripp is the sales associate of choice!! A++ More
Terrible! Went back on their word. I had made a deal a about 2 weeks ago with LEXUS of Rockville Center. However, when I went to pick up the car, the staff at Lexus RVC went back on the I had made a deal a about 2 weeks ago with LEXUS of Rockville Center. However, when I went to pick up the car, the staff at Lexus RVC went back on the deal on a IS 300 (NO F SPORT) that was agreed upon. I put insurance on the car and signed ALL the paperwork but before signing the contract they hit me with an EXTRA $433 down payment. After consulting with the sales managers they refused to bring the price back down to the agreed down payment. I refused the deal and left the dealership after spending 3 Hours there wasting time. As I was walking out the finance manager had the curtesy of saying "You did us a favor for not taking the car"!!!!!. Well I will NEVERRRRR!!!!! purchase a car from Lexus RVC. I ended up purchasing a more expensive IS 300 F Sport at RALLYE LEXUS for less money down and the SAME monthly payment. Everything happens for a reason. More

Poor Service I HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT THE ROCKVILLE CENTRE ON 7/25/16. I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY IT WAS DONE. 1) I HAD THE INSPECTION STICKER REPLACE I HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT THE ROCKVILLE CENTRE ON 7/25/16. I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY IT WAS DONE. 1) I HAD THE INSPECTION STICKER REPLACED AND THEY LEFT SO MUCH PAPER ON THE WINDSHIELD AND MY DASH BOARD I WAS VERY SHOCKED. 2) THANKS FOR THE WASH BUT I COULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT IT, I HAVE MATS IN MY CAR THERE WERE SO MUCH WATER IN THEM I COULD HAVE TAKEN A SWIM. 3) WHAT THE HECK, PEBBLES WERE ON MY SEAT, I HAD TO CALL ONE OF THE INTAKE MEMBER TO CLEAN UP MY SEAT, HE HIMSELF WAS SHOCKED. He arranged for the car to be picked up, provided a loaner and returned the car in pristeen condition . The pick up and delivery valets were prompt and courteous and provided all necessary documentation. He said he would make ithe car look new and indeed it does, both inside and out. So, kudos to Mr. Martinez and the service department. I am happy to say that I am now a satisfied customer, giving you a 5 star rating and thank you for sprucing up my ES 350. More
