And just so you know I Had a full paint correction done on my car in November 16 with ceramic pro over at Garage 224 in Garden City and the dealer FCKED it UP! so NOW I HAVE TO PAY 1000$ to HAVE THE WORK REDONE HOW COULD I REFER ANYONE TO GO THERE AFTER THEY FCKED ME OVER WHY WOULD I SEND PEOPLE THERE TO THROWAWAY THERE HARD EARNED MONEY The wheel picture posted is the repair they did in 2015 was redone in 2016...2017 THE POOR REPAIR the finish is flaking off the wheel so Now I GOT TO PAY 500 to POWDERCOAT!! My first car I went to Lexus RVC a couple of weeks ago because I was in search for a car and had the great pleasure of meeting Jonathan Agosto, a very young but en I went to Lexus RVC a couple of weeks ago because I was in search for a car and had the great pleasure of meeting Jonathan Agosto, a very young but enthusiastic and determined sales consultant. The first visit was great but the prices were too high for my budget. When I left, Jonathan kept in touch with me and I told him I wasn't going to go with the car. I was very sad because I really wanted the car. However, Jonathan and the rest of the team was willing to work with the number I brung to the table. I loved the fact that there was honesty along the process and overall good vibes! I am all about good vibes and I think that is what won me over. After speaking several times and negotiating, I honestly felt like I was in good hands with Jonathan and Kasim who were the main people I dealt with. They understood where I was coming from and really wanted me to get my dream car. Then I met Dean, who deals with the finances, and I felt even better! I knew I had made the right choice and I am soooooo happy with my fully loaded IS300. Not only do I love the car but I can afford it. It's my first car and I couldn't be any happier! Their service is really great! I highly recommend LEXUS RVC and my wonderful sales associate Jonathan, who I still keep in touch with today! He was very attentive and helped me with everything, even getting my car insured. He's awesome!! More
The Best Team I Ever Dealt With This is the second car I leased from them. I have bought and leased many cars over my lifetime but this has got to be the BEST team I ever worked with This is the second car I leased from them. I have bought and leased many cars over my lifetime but this has got to be the BEST team I ever worked with. Starting with Jonathan Agosto, the Sales Consultant. Jonathan is a young, knowledgeable, energetic, and really nice veteran who makes a GREAT sales person. He works hard for his money and tries to make the experience a truly enjoyable one for the buyer. Another person that truly worked extremely hard to get me the best possible price is one of the Sales Managers, Gracie Agosto. She worked the numbers over and over until we got it to a place where I needed to be. What a team!!! But I cannot leave out the other person in the equation, Dean Coleman, the Financial Services Manager. Dean worked very efficiently to get us through all of the paperwork. This team was just outstanding and made this particular lease a pleasure - no drama, no BS (baloney) - just up front honesty with a smile. From the time you walk into the dealership, you are greeted by everyone. If your eyes meet, there is always a smile and how are you today greeting. For example, we couldn't have been in the dealership more than a minute when one of the other sales consultants asked us if we would like a cup of coffee. When we went to pick up our car, the car was ready, We turned in our previous car, Jonathan gave us a thorough walk thru of the new car, we signed all of the papers and we were on our way. I don't know how else to say this but it was truly a rewarding experience. (I didn't think I would ever say this about a car dealership!!!) More
Exceed Expectation I visited the dealer many times. However, there were 2 instances where services were not one of the best. They had me waited and my daughter for an ex I visited the dealer many times. However, there were 2 instances where services were not one of the best. They had me waited and my daughter for an extended period time without communicating the reason of the delay. As a result, I was unable to honor previous commitment. I demanded to speak with the General Manager in charge. This is when I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Chris Thierry, the General Manager. He came and met with me and other supervisory staff. He was calm, kind, respectful, professional and apologetic. Additionally, he promised to cover free of charge next recommended 90K service and notified him of my arrival in case I give him another opportunity. I was initially so turned off and did not want to go back to the leadership. His kindness, customer satisfaction and determination to bring me back to the leadership touched me. I had my daughter taken my Lexus RX 350 back to the dealer, and informed Mr. Thierrin via e-mail that she was coming. He was waiting for my daughter and took over from there. He did not only provide free of charge the 90K miles service he promised; he had 4 new Good Year tires installed. Honestly, I needed new tires. He truly EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATION. He handled the situation with class and his gestures would stay with me for years to come. I am very grateful! More
