Poor Service I HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT THE ROCKVILLE CENTRE ON 7/25/16. I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY IT WAS DONE. 1) I HAD THE INSPECTION STICKER REPLACE I HAD MY CAR SERVICED AT THE ROCKVILLE CENTRE ON 7/25/16. I WAS SORELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY IT WAS DONE. 1) I HAD THE INSPECTION STICKER REPLACED AND THEY LEFT SO MUCH PAPER ON THE WINDSHIELD AND MY DASH BOARD I WAS VERY SHOCKED. 2) THANKS FOR THE WASH BUT I COULD HAVE DONE WITHOUT IT, I HAVE MATS IN MY CAR THERE WERE SO MUCH WATER IN THEM I COULD HAVE TAKEN A SWIM. 3) WHAT THE HECK, PEBBLES WERE ON MY SEAT, I HAD TO CALL ONE OF THE INTAKE MEMBER TO CLEAN UP MY SEAT, HE HIMSELF WAS SHOCKED. TRULY WAS NOT HAPPY THIS TIME. More
Kudos to Lexus of Rockville Center Service Team In response to my negative review of the service department of Lexus of Rockville Center, I agreed to have my 2015 ES 350 detailed inside and out afte In response to my negative review of the service department of Lexus of Rockville Center, I agreed to have my 2015 ES 350 detailed inside and out after an apologetic conversation with Mr. Martinez. He arranged for the car to be picked up, provided a loaner and returned the car in pristeen condition . The pick up and delivery valets were prompt and courteous and provided all necessary documentation. He said he would make ithe car look new and indeed it does, both inside and out. So, kudos to Mr. Martinez and the service department. I am happy to say that I am now a satisfied customer, giving you a 5 star rating and thank you for sprucing up my ES 350. More
Poor service at Lexus of Rockville Center Took my 15 Lexus ES 350 in for Second complimentary service on May2. Had a 1pm appointment. Was looking forward to the lunch but was told by the waiting area attendant that it was "all finished" Don't advertise what you can't deliver. Waiting area was quite messy, dirty cups all over, crumbs on the couches, carpet stained, ladies room needed a cleaning. When I was told the car was ready, I noticed the interior was not vacuumed, and the mats were stained and dirty which was not the case when I handed the car over. I wonder what else they claimed on the work order was done and was not. Very disappointed with the service. Not what you would expect from a luxury car service center. In all fairness, they did offer me an interior detailing at my convenience but I don't think I'll make the trip back there to get it done. I haven't heard from the service manager, Juan Martinez. When i asked the used car manager why it wasn't taken care in the weeks it was sitting waiting for a title I got no answer but was promised a quick response. That was 19 months ago. Experience with the fellow trying to sell me add ons was cute too. He was my best buddy until he realized I wasn't interested and just about threw me out of his office. Had another experience with the service department just recently. Brought the car in because of a low pressure light. The tech said tire had a nail which they do not handle. No problem. Brought it into my local shop owner who could not find a nail. Oh, the light has not come back on. However, the car picked up a clump of tar from a just redone parking lot that I picked up. It was on the same tire that supposedly had the nail.I heard the wheel thumping and my local shop owner took 20 minutes to scrape off the tar. When I called the dealer to complain that the tech should have noted the tar on my tire and that this would have been the professional thing to do I was told the service manager would call me right back. That was about a month ago., Still waiting. There is actually more, but I do not want to bore anyone Bottom line- an awful dealership. More

The service center lady told me that her mechanics had to check it and that would cost over a $125 and then if they concluded the same thing then they would replace the part. They concluded that they needed $300 more for more diagnosis!!! So I took my car, bought the throttle body part from ebay for $240 and replaced it at another shop for $40!!! Total of $280. I wish I had never heard of this place or of a recall. I felt helpless and violated by this place. More

I can positively say that dealing with Michele has been a great experience. She demonstrates a high level of of enthusiasm, knowledge and is very proficient in her job. Brought my 2010 Lexus ES 350 for routine service(oil change, inspection, tire problem and possible battery problem). Car was delivered to me completed very rapidly by Mr.Cabrera plus they even changed change, inspection, tire problem and possible battery problem). Car was delivered to me completed very rapidly by Mr.Cabrera plus they even changed my battery at no charge since they said it was a little weak and they did not want me to have a problem during the cold winter months. Eric was friendly, courteous and he took the place of my old advisor who had left. I inquired about a Platinum extended 3 year warranty on the car since the mileage was low. Mr. Jacobson, the assistant service mgr. sat down and patiently told me about the extended warranty and answered all questions, of which I had many. I called him back later and agreed to purchase it and he even gave me a slight discount. I picked up the extended warranty this morning and was treated courteously and the procedure went quickly with little fuss. Even the valet service guys were nice and friendly. I love the dealership and the extended warranty cost a lot less than trading in my auto and buying a new one, especially since the car runs super, thanks to the service over the past 4 years at this dealer. More

I purchased my certified pre-owned Lexus ES 350 from the dishonest criminals at Lexus West Kendall in Florida. When I received the vehicle in NY (via transportation trailer) I was extremely disappointed wit dishonest criminals at Lexus West Kendall in Florida. When I received the vehicle in NY (via transportation trailer) I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the car especially the clay like consistency of my dashboard. I called corporate Lexus and they told me to take it to my local Lexus dealer. I immediately took it to Lexus in Rockville Center without an appointment for answers. Without hesitation the service manager CJ came out and addressed my MANY concerns and even offered to check and adjust the tire pressure at no charge to turn off the 'tire pressure dashboard error light'. The following day my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with service engine warning lights. I made an appointment and took it in for diagnostic and the service manager CJ AGAIN went above and beyond to assist me with his extensive knowledge. The service writer Eric was also very professional and was very detailed with my diagnostic concerns. He took me to their lounge and encouraged me to utilize their amazing free massage as it will take a while as they carefully diagnose and resolve my engine issues. He continuously kept me updated as to the progress of the repair. The approval was granted for the warranty replacement of my dashboard as it was below the Lexus Standard. I took the vehicle back for the replacement and AGAIN was given personalized and professional treatment. Thanks to the honest, professional and knowledgeable employees at Lexus Rockville Center, especially CJ and Eric, ALL of my concerns were resolved to maintain the Lexus Standard. I highly recommend this Dealer Service Center for all your Lexus needs!!! More
