As you can imagine, trying to buy a car located in Colorado, while we were located in Tennessee, is not. without it's challenges. The biggest obstacle to overcome was the fact that the dealership didn't allow for us to make a deposit that would "hold" the vehicle at all, it had to be paid for on the spot or signed for on the spot. Despite the initial challenge, Van's creative prowess combined with his genuine desire to provide excellent service to his customers allowed us to work the deal. Van picked us up from the airport and the ride to. Kuni Lexus was both informative and inspirational. Once at the dealership, he continued to impress us with his genuine dedication to serving his clients. He walked us through the dealership and made us as comfortable as possible for our brief stay. The Kuni Lexus dealership was as impressive as Van's performance. I have been to some nice dealerships before, but Kuni Lexus is by far the nicest that I have ever seen. While the final prep was being done on our pre-loved GX, there wasn't anything that we could have asked for it (soda's, coffee, snacks, entertainment, a guest work station with internet, and friendly associates). We have had several experiences buying cars, and even though Colorado's laws regarding necessary paperwork are definitely different from Tennessee's, Archer Goodman, took great care of us. As a recent law school graduate, I found his explanations of the paperwork to be spot on, informative, and best of all, accurate. With all of the positives in our purchasing experience, it was no surprise that the vehicle that we purchased (2010 GX) has been every bit as impressive. My wife and I didn't think twice about driving from Denver back to Nashville, TN (1160 miles). The ride was as expected, outstanding. Kuni Lexus' Van Saukam was great to work with, and in fact we have stayed in touch since then, almost a month later. Thank you Van! More

"Love Kuni Lexus" I recently bought my first Lexus, a 2015 RX450H !! I have to say I was in awe of the environment at the dealership itself. However, after spending 8 h I recently bought my first Lexus, a 2015 RX450H !! I have to say I was in awe of the environment at the dealership itself. However, after spending 8 hours with Van, buying my Lexus, and driving home in it, I felt like family! The knowledge, expertise, and patience that was demonstrated was incredible. Kuni Lexus and their employees make you feel like you are the most important person and they take excellent care of your vehicle regardless if it's pre-owned or new. Van was amazing . . . very authentic and gave me great advice! I appreciated all the time that Archer took to facilitate the paperwork at a later hour in the evening on Saturday, April 30th. Blake was awesome and assured me that the leather repair and Lux Care turned out incredible. It did! I will never drive anything else and look forward to working with Kuni Lexus in the future. We thought about what to say in this review be We bought a 2015 L-Certified RX450h from Van V. Saukam of Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village, in Colorado. We thought about what to say in this review because we don't think no words can really describe our extremely positive experience with Mr. Van Saukam. We have been looking for a very specific L-Certified RX450h with low mileage, and in excellent condition. Though our first attempt with Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village (through another salesperson) was not successful, we were fortunate to be connected with Van Saukam two weeks later. Upon hearing our first failed attempt to buy a car from them earlier, Van stayed on top and worked with his colleague to help us found the one we ended up purchased from them a few weeks later. We were all set to drive out of State for a brand new left-over 2015 RX450h during a snowy weekend. But because of Van's willingness to work with us, we decided to buy a 2015 RX450h L-Certified from him instead. Unlike other car salesman, Van Saukam gave us time and space to consider their offer. He even told us he would rather have us go with that out of State deal we have shown to him because Kuni was not able to come close to that other offer. Van made us very comfortable with the process. He went to bat for us to get the things we wanted in order to close this deal. Seeing what he was doing for us, we decided to buy the L-Certified from him instead of the left-over 2015 RX450h model from another dealership. When was the last time a car salesman offers to buy you dinner? While we were waiting to get the paper finalized, Van even offer to buy us dinner because the dealership was short-handed that day. Throughout the buying process, Van and everyone at Kuni Lexus tried to make us comfortable. We were very surprised he stayed with us until almost 11PM (on a snowy Saturday night) to help us finalized the deal. And then he surprised us the next day by contacting us to make sure we got home okay the night before. That alone was enough to make me want to buy another Lexus from him. Because of our positive experience, we have asked Van to keep an eye out for another L-Certified LS460 or GS model. We definitely recommend that you ask for Van Saukam when you go to Kuni Lexus of Greenwood Village for your next Lexus. We can assure you that you will leave there with the Lexus of your choice, and most important, you will leave there with him as a friend. Thank you Van for your time and your effort.
