Exceptional Personal service After driving a Lexus RX 300 for over 210,000 miles, I once again dealt exclusively with Kuni Lexus to purchase my third Lexus. I'm loyal to the brand After driving a Lexus RX 300 for over 210,000 miles, I once again dealt exclusively with Kuni Lexus to purchase my third Lexus. I'm loyal to the brand and to this specific dealership. The level of service is outstanding. From my first contact with the salesperson, Marshall, I felt certain he cared about helping me select the right vehicle. Throughout the process every employee demonstrated the highest level of service and expertise. This was especially important during the "training" where a compete review of all the car's features were explained. Eveything was all set up and personalized for me...things like linking my phone, setting up the navigation and other blue tooth applications. Tony was I credibility patient as I asked question after question. I also had the opportunity to interact with a senior executive of Kuni Lexus. It's evident that the culture of this dealership is a result of the leadership example at the top. I rarely write reviews ...it takes an exceptional experience for me to endorse. I highly recommend a visit to Kuni whenever you need a vehicle! More

The after-sales support that has been promised is also exceptional and goes way beyond anything I have experienced in the past or expected when I made the decision to buy from Kuni Lexus. This is the third Lexus I've purchased. The first was from Kuni in 2003, the second from another Lexus dealer in Denver in 2006, and the third from Kuni, in their new location, just a few days ago. The improvement from 2003 to now is exceptional. They know what a luxury buyer is looking for and they know how to satisfy us. Additionally, they had the exact car including exterior color, interior color, and options that I wanted, on the lot and ready to go for me within a couple of hours of me saying yes, I'll purchase. As for my sales rep, Dave Nichols, I was referred to him by a trusted friend who also owns one of the most successful car repair shops in Castle Rock and, he's a Lexus owner. I was very impressed with Dave and still liked him even after negotiating for my car. I say that "tongue-in-cheek" but I've not always felt the same after dealing with other new car sales reps even for a Lexus. I wholeheartedly Dave if you go to Kuni. I promise another review in six to nine months after I've dealt with them for service and their additional "freebies" such as a free car wash any time, Monday through Saturday. The three Lexus cars that I've owned have never disappointed me or my wife; that's why we purchased another. I now expect Kuni Lexus to perform as well as my cars have and will share my experiences with you as I accrue them. More
