Kevin Alexander was my Service Consultant on a recent visit to Kuni to replace a driver side outside mirror with a broken actuator on my 2004 RX330. I want to recognize Kevin for outstanding customer support. There was a question about if the broken mirror was an after market part. After I assured Kevin that it could not be a non-Lexus part because I have only taken my vehicle to Kuni for all services and repairs. Kevin then took the extra effort/time to research the service history on the vehicle and then he involved his Service Manager (Mr. Jared Thault) to inspect the part and together they determine that it was indeed a Lexus part that they would cover under our extended warranty. Thanks to both of them and especially to Kevin for making sure that I was treated right. They made me feel like it was important to them that I be treated fairly. Great customer service.
