And speaking of service and the nice people who work there, while you wait for your car, there are numerous amenities to keep you fed or entertained. Waiting was never so pleasurable! There are free snacks and drinks. Upstairs is a wonderful free bistro, movie room, library, computer center, massage chairs, and pool table. Waiting was never so nice. The sad thing is that my car was finished with it's servicing usually in half the quoted time they gave me, so I regretfully had to leave the people pampered area and be on my way. If you have service done on your car, your assigned representative goes over everything they did to your car. And they don't recommend a service unless you really need it or there is a problem. No more sitting in old plastic chairs in a tiny, grungy waiting room wondering when your car would be done. Kuni calls and pages you as soon as your service is completed. And no more waiting for a service person to meet with you. Your personal service person is right there to talk to you. I can't think of any better place to go for buying or servicing your car than Kuni. Go once, and you'll be impressed! More

Honestly, the facilities, especially the restrooms, compete with the finest of hotels in the city. Really, a pool table, a computer room, a theater with recliners and big screen TV's and Perrier water. Wow! We almost forgot why we were there. We did visit the BMW dealership on C470, and Kuni makes them look like an ordinary dealership, no comparison. We were extremely happy with our price we received on our CT200h. Customer service displayed by everyone we came in contact with was truly excellent!! They always looked happy to see us come in. My wife and I are questioning whether we bought our car for the exciting car that it is and the quality of Lexus, or because we wanted to be able to return to the dealership. More
