We were driving into Denver when the oil maintenance light illuminated. The next morning, which was a Saturday, I called Kuni and they were able to see us on Monday morning. They not only changed my o light illuminated. The next morning, which was a Saturday, I called Kuni and they were able to see us on Monday morning. They not only changed my oil for a great price, but they also noticed that there was a new recall for my 2006 IS350 and performed that as well. The service was superior and they actually finished well before what they had estimated. Every single person on staff with whom we interacted was friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Kuni - they really exemplify the legendary service reputation Lexus has. More
