I drive 60 miles from colorado Springs to get all my car maintenance at Kuni Lexus of Littleton because of Don and the great service I get. Recently, I needed a transmission fixed and I asked If I should just trade it in and buy another car. Don and the Mechanic told me it was a great car and to keep it and just fix the transmission. Along with all the money they saved me, they could have made a sale but instead told me to fix it because the car will last much longer and is in good condition. I was pleased that the dealership would advise me to fix my car instead of trading it in for a newer car with a bigger loan. When I think of Don and all the employees at Kuni Lexus of Littleton I see INTEGRITY, HONESTY, AND FRIENDLINESS. I'm a customer of 3 years and will never go anywhere else!!! It's worth the drive. We worked with several individuals during our time at Kuni Lexus. All of the help was excellent. When we needed assistance however, there was always someone to help us. The sales manager even took us for a test drive in the car that we ultimately bought. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Bob Lucero was the sales person who helped us make our first Lexus purchase. He was very friendly and helpful. He was very easy to work with and my wife and I really enjoyed him. Even though it was our first purchase, Mr. Lucero was very down to earth and made us feel like he really cared about our satisfaction. We felt like he was devoted solely to us. It was a real pleasure working with him and we were both very glad that he is the sales person that we worked with. The finance manager who helped us was fabulous as well. She was patient and very kind. She worked hard to get us a great financing deal. During the signing of the documents, she explained everything thoroughly, but didn't pressure us at all. We had heard about the excellent service at Kuni and we were thrilled with the way we were treated on Saturday during our visit.
