When I first entered the dealership to buy my new Lexus I was not expecting to have a good time. We came into consider the purchase of a RX 450 the week of Christmas. Scott Bakay was very helpful and thorough in his presentation. We returned the next morning with the vehicle we were to trade and he had all the paperwork prepared and ready. We were so pleased with the dealership, his knowledge of the vehicle, and attention to detail that before we left that day we had also purchased an IS 350! It was a very busy time for the dealership but Scott was able to have both cars detailed and ready within one day. He is the most pleasant and professional sales person we have ever encountered. My neighbor purchased his Lexus GS300 from Kuni Lexus in 2006. I have always admired his car. It was time for my wife's car to move on so we decided to give Kuni a visit. In 2010, it was my Volvo's turn to move on so I went to see Jesum to see what he could do for us. I knew what car I was interested in and told Jesum. I went home later that day to discus with my wife the need of a new car. I later called Jesum from home and he was able to meet our needs regarding pricing and lease details. My wife and I went back to Kuni and picked up our new car (2010 GS350). It was quick except for the paperwork process (which is required by any dealership). We now have 2 new Lexus vehicles in the garage and am still happy with the decision. We feel we have good quality vehicles. More
