The lease on our IS250 was near the end, so we stopped in at Kuni to look at options for a replacement. From the moment we were greeted by Bill, the experience was a positive one. Bill even followed us home to finalize the deal and get us where we needed to go - so we could wrap it up that day! The IS250 had a bike rack on it - which, as it turns out, wasn't easy to remove. (We hadn't planned to leave the car that day) - but when we came back the next morning to remove the rack, (after the deal was done) Bill really worked at helping us to get the rack removed (he was out there in his suit working on the car!). We were very pleased and impressed by the professional and friendly service we received - everything they did for us was above and beyond the norm - they went overboard to make sure we were happy customers - and indeed we are - Thank you very much!
