He is a credit to Kuni Lexus! There was a bit of miscommunication about a lost button battery under the drivers seat. It was the kind of battery that would go into a garage door opener, and it seemed that the gentleman who serviced the car misunderstood, and was looking for a garage door opener instead of the battery and so it was not found. However, that is extremely minor. The gentleman who serviced the car did a fantastic job! I really appreciate the detailed and very informative walk around! The people who detailed the interior did a marvelous job. It was cleaner than when I bought it. They cleaned the floor mat in the hatch , and were able to get the stains out! The outside looked very nice as well! The Parts Department is always terrific and I don't think that I have visited Kuni Lexus without going there, receiving magnificent service and finding a number of things that I need. All of the wonderful people that I had the privilege of working with at Kuni Lexus, or who worked on my car deserve major kuddos! Kuni is my preferred Lexus Dealer by far! Thank You so much! More
