Call center need improvement. Customer service representative was not helpful or nice. When service on my car was done I was about to leave and paid attention that on my dashboard yellow light is representative was not helpful or nice. When service on my car was done I was about to leave and paid attention that on my dashboard yellow light is on. I went back and had someone come and check. The yellow light was the tire pressure/rotation indicator. So question is, if I’m a female and don’t know anything about it how is it possible that I see the yellow light on dashboard still on and professionals who does it all daylong release my car and say service is done don’t see it?! Also spoke to my brother in law who knows a lot about car service and he told me if light is still on then most likely tires were not rotated and tires pressure was not checked. By taking my car back to the shop to check the pressure and fix the light didn’t take very long but delayed my next appointment in a different place. This is not cool. More
