I appreciated their thoroughness and especially the honesty when they said that the spark plugs didn’t need to be replaced because of my very low mileage. This was the 60,000-mile check-up in which spark plug replacement is normal. However, my mileage was less than 20,000. His honesty saved me over $700. I also appreciated that the service took less time than estimated. I chose to wait upstairs during this service, and I even appreciated the good latte and snacks that were available. I definitely appreciate the good car wash that is always free at Lexus of Lakeway. All in all, I definitely recommend Lexus of Lakeway! More
