My battery was dead on Dec 23. I jumped the battery to get it started and drove the car to my local Lexus dealer. They got me in right away, determined the battery was bad, replaced it and washed my car i get it started and drove the car to my local Lexus dealer. They got me in right away, determined the battery was bad, replaced it and washed my car in 2.5 hours. My wife had to wait 4 weeks to get the oil changed at the Subaru dealership so the Lexus experience was over the top great! The service people are fantastic and Lakeway dealership itself just a spectacular building to just hang around in. Everything about the dealership is first class. Carl was my service rep and he is about profession, friendly and courteous as they come. Thanks Carl! More
