Due to a family emergency, I drove 900 miles to Michigan with my service light activated about half way to my destination. Since I typically comply rigidly to the service schedule, I was worried about driving further and immediately contacted Tim Portee, the Service Manager. He got me in quickly, did a terrific job of servicing the car and getting me where I needed to be in the meantime. I cannot express my gratitude for the stellar service and compassionate understanding of my circumstances.
I don't live in Lansing, but if I did, I'd surely be a regular customer of Lexus of Lansing - a job extremely well done.
