I went into Lexus Marin with my partner as she bought out her lease, and ended up leasing a Lexus RZ 450 electric of my own. She’s been working with Tony for more than 10 years on leases and I can see why sh her lease, and ended up leasing a Lexus RZ 450 electric of my own. She’s been working with Tony for more than 10 years on leases and I can see why she returns every time. Tony is patient, helpful, knowledgeable and thoughtful. The dealership experience was the same. Also, the speed of the process was quick. I drove off the lot in my new electric car within 30 min after the test drive and decision. I will return again and again for the incredible service, quality cars and attentive staff. More

I bought a used car with an extended warranty that was certified by Lexus of Marin. When I drove home (the dealership was already closed), I discovered that the fuel pump didn’t work. I reported the issue certified by Lexus of Marin. When I drove home (the dealership was already closed), I discovered that the fuel pump didn’t work. I reported the issue the next morning and requested to use my cancellation agreement. However, the dealer claimed they had marked it as declined—despite the fact that I had specifically asked for it to be included. They refused to refund me and instead offered a deal: if the issue wasn’t related to the car's computer, they would give me my money back. A few days later, they confirmed it was a fuel pump issue and then refused to honor the refund. In the end, I had to take the car back. I feel like they misled me multiple times. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone who doesn’t want to be deceived or end up with a car that doesn't function properly. More
