The contracts are digital and they were ready upon my arrival and after my test driving experience. Everyone was cordial and the terms of the agreement were beyond exceptional. I was also offered a bumper to bumper extended warranty contract which was added to my loan, cancellable and refundable at any time, and an incredible add on to my purchase; since I was acquiring a used car. I love the car, it was exactly what I was looking for, and I will definitely consider shopping with them again if they have inventory I am interested in. I wish them the best and happy holidays and hoping that they stay safe. The COVID-19 protocol was also exceptional compared to other standards I have dealt with. More

One of the worst dealers out there ! Had my credit pulled several times, got the finance I needed , had the car chosen and when I was supposed to sign and pick up the car the following day , I got the follow several times, got the finance I needed , had the car chosen and when I was supposed to sign and pick up the car the following day , I got the following text message " I am sorry but your car was sold last night by mistake " and unfortunately we don't have a hybrid replacement . My credit dropped almost 80 points because of all the inquiries and they didn't do anything to help with the situation. Terrible, terrible experience. More
