I certainly did not expect to purchase a car today. I was getting my car serviced and just wanted to check on my lease car and arrange for purchasing it. Little did I know that I would happily be leaving wit getting my car serviced and just wanted to check on my lease car and arrange for purchasing it. Little did I know that I would happily be leaving with a brand, new, beautiful car Rx 350 that was far better suited to my needs. Once Quynh Pham noticed me seated at the table and I asked him a question, he provided options of buying my car, buying something similar, and buying what is best suited to my needs. He worked his magic to meet my needs with the right vehicle and the right price. I am so grateful for his support, and Chris and Ian too. There is a transformation at Lexus of Marin and a positive spirit of "can do" and "will do" whatever it takes to put the customer first. I am grateful that Quynh tool extra interest in serving me as a valued customer.
