Being a busy person, I was looking for a car directly after work. It was amazing how bad people treat you coming in from a union carpenter job. Not these guys! They are respectful and nice. Friends told me to look at other dealerships since Marin is the affluent area of the Bay and they don't need to deal. I found William one of the most knowledgeable car folks around. I deal with sales people all day and you can tell who knows their "stuff" and passionate about their products they sell. William knew the cars inside and out and the trends going on. I did shop around just to get price points and called 2 other local dealers and did get a price lower. I was hoping Marin could match as wanted to give them the sale and to my surprise they did. Anyway, they were also able to find a loan comparable to my credit union as well. More

Worst experience ever Purchased a CPO lexus rx 350 here about a year ago through Jason. First issue that came up was when I brought the vehicle to the Lexus dealer near my Purchased a CPO lexus rx 350 here about a year ago through Jason. First issue that came up was when I brought the vehicle to the Lexus dealer near my house and turns out Lexus of Marin forgot to update the system the specify that my vehicle was a CPO. This ended up taking a lot of time to resolve and a bunch of back and forth with the service advisor at the Lexus in Redwood city as well as the Lexus of Marin Sales team. After all the back and forth, this finally got marked as a CPO vehicle and I was able to get my service that was included with purchasing a CPO vehicle. Few months down the line, I noticed some peeling on the grill and rims of my car, and I ask a lexus advisor on what this is. Come to find out, this was a poorly re-touched and repainted grill and rims on the vehicle that. Sensor has also fell in, not working as expected and engine is leaking oil. Once I found out, I instantly shot an email to lexus of marin, gave them some call asking some questions and never got a response. This is probably the worst experience i've ever had with the service and purchase of my vehicle with Lexus of Marin. I would not recommend to anyone. More
