From start to finish my experience with this team was the best I've had with any car dealer. First I did all of the preliminary shopping and pricing online and via text and email. This was new for me, and I felt cautious. But Lark was responsive, reassuring and helpful. Then, when I went to the dealership, everything was exactly as promised. I left with a beautiful, like-new pre-owned BMW. I must add that the teamwork and positive energy in this place is evident everywhere. Even team members not directly connected to my transaction offered help and feedback during the process. These are good people. More

I would highly recommended him to you. The finance manager, Ian Haslebacher, is very good, too. Not pushy and well-prepared, he made me feel comfortable to say no to the options that I did not want to get. Overall speaking, it was an impressive car buying experience. More

Good People; poor car of car. When I picked up my new Lexus, thee were dents and scratch marks on the rear door on the passenger side. I bought 2010 lexus RX 450H there were rear trunk was not opening by auto so I refused to buy and later I received call and said it fixed , trust n bought it but issue still same . There are two more issues I found 1st map is not updated and 2nd is the lexus has very pet odor . On that day I have seen all the window glass was open now I understand why they leave it open . Dealer never mention about bad odor either online or sales person . My wife has allergic and everyday she has to take nasal drop and Claritin. If she can’t drive without medication or have to leave window open .I bought it from dealer because I thought it will be up to date but I was wrong . What a bad days.for me. During the paper work I asked about hybrid battery he told me , he never seen Bad hybrid battery. What a joke I called this morning about the issues but they transfer call two times and hang of the phone but no one call me back . More
